Tonga strike update

[Follow-up to my earlier post]

After nearly six weeks, public employees in Tonga are going back to work. They have won a momentous victory: salary increases of 60-70-80% for the next two years, full salary for the time they were on strike, and a back-to-work agreement guaranteeing no discipline for any striker.
